Why have small groups, or ministry teams, or a staff, or ESPECIALLY why have a pastor? What does it even mean to be a church? What does it mean to be the Church? In a world with countless options for social connection, a thousand ways to make a difference, and endless online options for personal growth – does the Church even matter in more?
