Our Staff

Pastor Clay has served a number of churches in Oregon, Idaho, and Texas, as well as a circuit of churches in the English countryside! He brings a wealth of knowledge, humor and a passion for social justice to the pulpit. His sermons are thought provoking and relevant.

In addition to his work at LOUMC, Clay is involved at the Conference level in leadership and congregational development.

In addition to being a public health professional with the Oregon Health Authority, Danna is a Deacon at Lake Oswego UMC.

Her sermons are personal and meaningful.

Liz is an Early Childhood Educator and a Spiritual Director. She has her Masters in Spiritual Formation from George Fox- Portland Seminary. She comes with a vast amount of church experiences. She is deeply passionate about serving children and families.

Heidi is a wife and mom of three girls, and a combat veteran. She holds a Masters in Divinity and is passionate about student ministry. She loves working with youth to discover who God is and how God has made each student a unique masterpiece, designed and cared for by their Creator. 

Stacey has the longest tenure of any staff at LOUMC. She was Director of Christian Education from 1998 until September of 2020 when she took on the new position of Program and Clergy Administrator (including coordinating building use). She added Bookkeeping to her job in 2024 as well.

In addition to being the first point of contact at LOUMC, coordinating office volunteers and producing the weekly worship bulletins, Kelly manages membership and giving data for the church. She joined the office staff in 2020 and has been a great addition to the team.

Pam joined the staff of LOUMC in 2014 following several years as the volunteer Finance Secretary. She produces content for our social media, is our acting webmaster and produces the QuickNews and Spotlight newsletters. Since the pandemic, she also coordinates the technology needed for livestreaming.
