The United Women in Faith (formerly United Methodist Women) is the largest denominational faith organization for women with approximately 800,000 members who work to empower women, care for children, educate and equip youth, care for the neglected, advocate for social justice issues, create economic opportunities and strengthen neighborhoods.
At LOUMC the United Women in Faith sponsor several events annually, including the annual Home for the Holidays Bazaar, luncheons with speakers along with drives to collect school supplies and clothing items for the needy, like the “Socktacular” Brunch.
