Stacey Bernal

Stacey joined the church staff in 2003. Taking on the job of education and youth director was natural given her passion for children and youth. Stacey ensures that all our churchgoers are spiritually enriched. She works with volunteer teachers who provide Sunday morning classes for ages three through adult. In the summer, she facilitates Vacation Bible School, inviting children from the community.
In her role as Director of Youth Ministries, Stacey recruits leadership and provides oversight for three youth groups for students from 3rd through 12th grades. RAD (Radically Active Disciples) provides an opportunity for 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders to gather for both spiritual and social activities. The Junior and Senior High United Methodist Youth group meetings provide time for fellowship and lively discussions, which are centered on the concerns of today’s youth.
When she is not surrounded by children and youth at the church, Stacey enjoys spending time with her husband and her two young adult children.
