Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.” 1 Peter 4:10

At Lake Oswego United Methodist Church We Believe in Serving Others

There is an ethic of service at LOUMC, along with a concern for local and world-wide humanitarian and social justice issues. We are interested not only in service but in ways to impact the things in society that make service necessary; to look “upstream” to find root causes and address them.

By reaching out in service to others, we at LOUMC begin to fulfill our vision to be “A place to connect to God, to each other, and to the world.”
